As most of you would be aware for many years SAROA has been involved with the Punter’s Club on Vision Australia Radio (5RPH) with a weekly segment in the program. Until recently we have featured MP3 audio from the show on our website, however this has been interuppted due to an update of the computer systems at Vision Australia Radio and these MP3’s have not been available for several months. More recently again, due to changes in programming at the station the Punter’s Club has been discontinued.  SAROA and the SA Thoroughbred Breeders have been in negotiation with the station for a return of our segments to a modified Punter’s Club but no real progress has been made at this stage.

Great news for SAROA members, we have been negotiating for increased benefits for our members and we are pleased to announce a new benefit that has been granted to us by SAJC. We are very grateful that the SAJC has agreed to provide General Admission to Morphettville on days when owners do not have a horse racing. This is a brilliant offer by the SAJC and is available to all SAROA members except on Feature Race Days ( Adelaide and Melbourne Cups, Spring and Autumn Carnival and Twilight meetings). Entry will be via use of your SAROA membership card but will be for financial members only. That is all membership cards with the last four digits of the barcode ranging  from 2400 to 2750.
